About Flower Farm
Established in 1986, Flower Farm was named after a special horse, Sweet William, who inspired a dedication to breeding horses with spectacular talent, conformation and bloodlines combined with rideability and heart.
Owner and trainer Ginger Parker is a 1990 graduate of Bucknell University and a 1993 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law; Ginger is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar. In 1983 through 1986, Ginger swept the Junior Hunter division with mount Sweet William, competing at all major events and qualifying for all finals. She also was a working student in Dressage, with extensive show miles through Third Level, and a working student in Show Jumping with James Fisher in England.
From 2000 through 2006, Ginger competed Flower Farm bred Nickender (Rampal x Verbella) in the Amateur Owner Hunters, finishing at the top of all of their classes, before trading in her Amateur status for Professional. Currently Ginger is competing both Flower Farm bred as well as client horses in both the Dressage and Hunter arenas.
